Meet The Team
Principal
Nykoal Rentsch
Hi, I’m Nykoal. Principal at Studio3.4. I am passionate about the performing arts and providing children the opportunity they would otherwise be denied because of affordability and moral compromise ...to name only two of many reasons.

I have a Cert IV in Business, Entrepreneurship and Community Education

Dance Teacher
Kora Rentsch
Hi Im Miss Kora, current dance teacher with Studio3.4!
I’ve been dancing since I was a little girl, loving the stage, make up and hairspray! I’ve always enjoyed jazz, hip hop and Contemporary the most.
I have completed level 12 dance examinations in both jazz and hip hop, and walked away with Honours with Distinction for hip hop.
In 2020, I completed my Cert IV in Dance teaching and Studio Management through Australian Teachers of Dance (ATOD), which is one of my proudest accomplishments to date. I went on to complete my teachers exams.
I have extensive experience in teaching within the homeschool, mainstream and studio environments and I have active roles in facilitating and managing concerts and eisteddfods.
I have a passion for seeing my students grow in their skill and confidence throughout the year. I love to see them push their creative limits.
Dance Teacher
Leni Cetinich
Hi! I’m Miss Leni. Dancing since I was 4 years old I have only ever known dance, 7 days and averaging 50 hours a week inside the studio. It was my life!
I have competed in solo and group competitions all across Queensland and overseas. I have dance qualifications with distinctions, in tap, jazz, ballet, contemporary and acro. I have completed multiple intensives with the Russian, Australian and the Queensland Ballet and engaged in contemporary intensives with the Brisbane City Youth Ballet. I have tapped with, performed for, and completed intensives with Sam Marks and Nathaniel Hannock from the Tap Dogs. I have completed multiple workshops with Wade Robson (worked with Britney Spears, Michael Jackson, American Idol, SYTYCD), Clarence Kent, and Nick Skein, all whom I've grown up watching and dancing alongside. I have performed in all of the Gold Coasts' Theme Parks and on red carpet events, festivals and large public stage events all over Brisbane.
Sadly, my performance days came to an end due to major surgeries. My passion to teach has never faded. I love sharing my joy for dance and enjoy seeing my students grow as people and as dancers. I am so happy to be a part of this team and can’t wait to continue to share my love and passion.
Dance Teacher Assistant
Charlotte Muller
I have been dancing for 12 years, since I was 3 years old. I love all the styles but have worked really hard on my ballet technique in the past couple of years achieving honours in my exams.
I have had lots of varied dance experience competing at various competitions including nationals in Sydney, dancing and demonstrating for a national teachers conference at the QLD ballet and performing in musicals, Christmas shows and Wakakiri.
I have recently enrolled in a Certified Teacher training course to further help me reach my dream.
I love learning to become a dance teacher, it is all I have ever wanted to do, teaching others to love and learn the art of dance as much as I do.

Creative
Glen Windle
Hi, I’m Ms Glen. I was a home-educator of my six children for 19 years and loved every moment of it.
My passion has always been in the creative arts area, and I have been teaching piano, singing,
guitar/ukelele, early years music and movement, and directing choirs for many years.
Over the years our family has also been involved in theatre and historical re-enactment groups. As an avid sewer I have always made our many costumes for shows, outfits for re-enactments, and wedding/formal
dresses. Being an avid student myself, I continue to study and develop my own skills and knowledge
base and have a wide range of certifications and qualifications in many creative arts areas. I am
about to complete a Bachelor of Music degree. I love enabling people to achieve their own personal
goals/dreams and being part of that wonderful journey.
